Public Consultation Event Regarding a Residential Development in Shortlanesend

The next steps we imagine would be for the developer to consider this feedback and submit an outline planning application, possibly later this autumn (tbc).

We would advise residents who wish to provide future comments on this possible development to monitor this website and parish council noticeboards for planning committee meeting agendas and also to review Cornwall Council's planning portal.

Residents are invited to provide comments on Cornwall Council’s planning portal once any future application is posted, noting please that only planning  related considerations would normally be considered to sway a planning officers decision either way.

Finally, residents are welcome to attend and speak under the public participation section of a parish council planning committee meeting regarding any application that is on that particular month's agenda.
